What is Electro Chemical Activation (ECA)?

It is the process of passing a diluted saline (brine) solution and ordinary tap water through a patented electrical process. Once this process is completed two cleaning solutions are produced namely: Anolyte and Catholyte. These QAC’s will completely degrade to carbon dioxide and the chlorine that disassociates from the Benzalkonium Chloride will automatically join cations in the environment to form innocuous substances. There are no metal or nasty functional groups formed once they are washed down the drain. Most of the complexes are metabolised and you can be left with peace of mind that there is no adverse effect to the environment.
