How to clean food preparation surfaces – degreasing

In the industrial kitchen and food factory there is a huge amount of cleaning required. It is imperative that the industrial kitchen gets cleaned frequently so as to avoid the growth of bacteria and enzymes. Should a food factory have a problem with bacterial growth, one can expect a huge loss of product.
The types of cleaning products used to clean an industrial kitchen and food factory need to be carefully selected. For cleaning an area that is going to come into direct contact with food, particularly meat or fish, it is a good idea to use a cleaning product that does not have any fragrance. Fragrance can help speed up and the growth of bacteria as well as contaminate the taste of the food.
A great product to use to clean these surfaces is Blendwell Chemicals Quot HF. Quot HF is a general –purpose detergent disinfectant. This makes it ideal for use in food preparation areas as cleaning and disinfecting can happen in one easy process. Quot HF will quickly lift off grease and oils for your table top. When using any cleaning product it is always a good idea to wear gloves and safety eyewear.
First, dilute 100ml of Quot HF in 4.9litres of water. Then you can either wipe or spray on the cleaning solution. Follow this with wiping the area with a clean damp cloth. The surface should now be perfectly clean.
