HACCP compliant cleaning products need to follow some basic rules in order to comply. H-range cleaners contain no fragrances. Fragrances can contaminate food products so it is important to avoid all fragrances. HACCP cleaning chemicals also need to be extremely effective at killing germs and bacteria without leaving any traces on the food products.

In order for a factory, farm, food preparation facility or kitchen to be HACCP compliant it is not enough to just use the right cleaning products.
