How to clean your hands

No matter who you are or what work you do, cleaning your hands is something we all have to do. Cleaning your hands properly will help prevent spreading germs and diseases.

Many people do not know how to clean their hands properly. Firstly wet your hands. Then take soap and rub your hands together. It is important to wash the front and back of your hands. Rub between the fingers and don’t forget to wash the thumb. When washing your hands wash the wrists and forearms as well.

Hands must be washed for at least 15 seconds and attention must be paid to finger nails. Rinse hands and forearms with clean water and dry thoroughly with a clean towel preferably a disposable paper towel.
