Cleaning a fryer the eco-friendly way!

Fryers in a kitchen can get pretty disgusting really fast. There is usually a large amount of food that gets cooked on these fryers and some of it usually remains behind to be re-cooked time and again. This will lead to a permanent layer of burnt-on grease. This grime is generally very difficult to remove. You will need an industrial strength cleaner to remove this dirt.

Delphis Eco is manufactured by Blendwell Chemicals under license to the UK. The Delphis Eco range of cleaners is a truly green cleaning range of chemicals. These eco-friendly products are easy to use, effective and do no harm to the user or the environment.
To clean a fryer I would recommend using the Heavy Duty Degreaser from the Delphis Eco range. I recently got a picture of a fryer that was cleaned with Heavy Duty Degreaser at 40 degrees Celsius. The Heavy Duty Degreaser was diluted 1 part chemical to 10 parts of water. Only half of the fryer was cleaned. This picture was taken a week later.

Considering that a week of use had occured this fryer stayed amazingly clean. Yet again, proof that Delphis Eco eco-friendly cleaning products are fantastic.

Blendwell Chemicals supplies Delphis Eco green cleaning products from their factory in Midrand, South Africa. Please visit www.blendwell.co.za/Green_Cleaning_Products for more information on these awesome cleaning products. Blendwell Chemicals is your local cleaning chemical manufacturer!
